Refund and Cancellation Policy for Arujiva

Arujiva.com strives to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please review the terms below.
1. Cancellations
Guests can cancel their booking at any time before the specified deadlines to receive a refund.
Full Refund: If a cancellation is made at least 36 hours before the scheduled arrival time, a full refund will be issued.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 to 36 hours before the scheduled arrival time will incur a 30% cancellation fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refunds
Refunds for cancellations that meet the above criteria will be processed within 1-7 days of the cancellation request. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Package Modifications
Modifications to the dates or package type are allowed up to 36 hours before the treatment start date, subject to availability and an additional fee for any price difference. Any modification requests within 36 hours of the treatment start date will be treated as a cancellation, and the applicable cancellation policy will apply.
